One skill that any man who’s not where he wants to be with women and his dating life needs to learn when it comes to getting good with women is the ability to get out of your head and feeling into your body. This is such an important skill and it will transform not only your dating life, but every other area of your life as well.

Getting out of your head means to stop overanalyzing and overthinking and to become more aware of your feelings, emotions, what your gut is instinctively telling you, and to become aware of other people’s emotions as well. Especially when it comes to creating connections with women.
Once you start mastering the skill to get out of your head and into your body, you’ll start:
- Having more fun and living in the moment(ask any woman how much they enjoy a man who is present and living in the moment. HINT: No woman wants to sleep with a guy who’s stuck in his head)
- Having more flow in your conversations with women. You won’t be trying to figure out what to say next, because you are listening to her and being present.
- Having more awareness and noticing subtle signals she might be sending to you
- Having more awareness of what you are feeling and sharing from that place is much more congruent than trying to say the right things
- Having deeper conversations that create deeper connections
Once you learn how to turn and feel into your body you’ll literally start to look better, and operate faster and sharper.
Unless you develop more awareness of and a deeper connection with your body, your presence will remain limited.
