One important difference between people who achieve their goals and make their dreams reality, and those who don’t: Investing *consistent* time on their life vision.

Dating and confidence coach Erik Von Sydow (known as “Hypnotica” from Neil Strauss’ infamous book “The Game: Penetrating the Secret Society of Pickup Artists”) shows Yazz and FEARLESS founder Brian Begin his life vision system and discusses the importance of not just having goals, dreams, and an overall life vision on paper, but consistently reviewing it and *really feeling it emotionally in your body* vs just reading it analytically.
Von Sydow shares his own life vision that he’s written down and reviews regularly to keep it all in the forefront of his mind.

Von Sydow points out that most people “spend more time watching crap TV” than designing (or reviewing, meditating on, and updating) a vision for their lives and goals. Von Sydow really took time to immerse himself in the process because he knew what he wanted and it was a priority for him.
How important are your own goals and the vision you have for the kind of person you want to be and the lifestyle you want to have? You can go off Von Sydow’s model or something different – it doesn’t even have to be nearly as detailed as his, though often specificity can help, at least until you get really good at achieving the goals and visions you have for yourself. What’s most important is that it feels good reading it, and that it’s something you go back to regularly. Daily, ideally.
Really spend some time on this for yourself.
