This intensive is designed to dive deep into your beingness. Using practices from both releasing and feeling/movement, you'll learn to cultivate a deep level of body awareness and emotional awareness, groundedness, and how to let go of suppressed or negative emotions, thoughts, beliefs, and experiences that aren't helping you move forward. Then you'll learn how to build authentic, unforced feelings of confidence, self-assuredness, courageousness, happiness, and deeper self-worth to propel you forward much faster, easier, and more successfully in every area of your life. Both releasing and feeling & movement practices are each transformative on their own, but when they're combined, the tools you have and their complementary effects become an incredibly powerful force in your life.
