Both in the short-term and the long-term, this work can totally transform who you are, how you grow, how you succeed, how you deal with challenges and failures, how you feel about yourself, and plain and simple how happy you are and how much you just enjoy life.

Peace

Some also put Love between acceptance and Peace. And Imperturbability – incapable of being upset or agitated; not easily excited; calm…aka unshakable, but from a place of emotional openness, NOT shutting down to emotion – is the ultimate goal.

The challenge a lot of people run into with Releasing is focusing so much on the heavier emotions that they get lost in them. What you focus on expands, so if you’re focused only on Apathy, Grief, or Fear without putting any focus on where you want to go (Courage,

Acceptance, Love, Peace…and ultimately Imperturbability), you’re likely to just keep experiencing more of the lower emotions you’re hyper-focused on.

So you want to focus on feeling into and welcoming – meditating on – the lighter, more powerful emotions you want to experience.
