You’ll get good & succeed with women the fastest when you hold your goal in mind but acknowledge and accept where you’re TRULY at-even if that’s feeling terrible about women-and then start working on having fun and enjoying life & socializing right in that space.

You want to have a clear goal & vision-an end point-but also acknowledge and accept where you’re genuinely at. If you’re lying to yourself about how you feel right now about your ability to accomplish your goal, that kind of positive thinking is likely to slow down and erode your growth. Be deeply honest with yourself about where you’re at so you can work internally on truly walking through that and letting it go instead of just numbing out and suppressing the feelings. That starts with realizing that YOU ARE NOT YOUR EMOTIONS-THEY ARE ONLY AN EXPERIENCE. So accept it, de-personalize it. Be ok with how you feel and realize that how you’re feeling isn’t who you are.
We do a lot of what we call allowing releasing work with FEARLESS students and it’s hard to do a great job teaching that kind of work through text or even video, but you can find some resources that are similar to what we teach in the “related” section.
Then, it’s about making how you feel-whatever heaviness, self-hate, limiting beliefs, or discouragement around your goal-especially when it comes to women and dating-lighter and lighter, and just enjoying your life and who you are more and more. That’s when you’re going to grow your confidence the fastest and become the most attractive to women.
