Erik Von Sydow is known as the “Inner Game Guru” because he’s so good as a coach at helping men restructure their beliefs and confidence at a core level so they’re naturally confident, attractive to, and successful with women and dating…but even Von Sydow now thinks health and eating clean is more important than anything else he teaches. Hypnotica, FEARLESS founder Brian Begin, and Brian’s friend, Yazz discuss how being at optimum health makes shifting your beliefs, confidence, and attractiveness to women (along with your success in every area) so much easier and more effective.
Hypnotica believes that when you’re eating well and feeling strong, energetic, and healthy, you get to a point where you’re life mission becomes clear and you’re operating on a higher level – you have more emotional energy and mental clarity. Too many people, Hypnotica says, are operating on sub-optimal energy because they’re not taking their diet and overall health seriously.
How you eat can have a huge impact on how you feel on a day-to-day basis. And how you feel most of the time largely equates to your confidence, which is ultimately the most attractive trait to women, the most important thing for connecting with people, and, we believe here at FEARLESS, one of if not the most important things in life.
So if you’re constantly eating like crap and you’re trying to work on your confidence, you’re not doing yourself any favors. (Besides, you know, negatively impacting your long-term health.) When you take the quality of the fuel you put in your body more seriously and you take your overall health more seriously, your beliefs about yourself and your skills with connecting with people can shift a lot faster.
