A problem I’m having when journaling my daily embraces with tension is that I’m becoming too analytical in my approach to the problem and in the way I document my progress. I’m struggling to apply what I’ve learned from mistakes each day to get those 1% improvements. Do you have any advice on how to become less analytical? As I feel my analytical mind is getting in the way of instinct
