In this video, I explain the enormous personal power, confidence, self-esteem, and a sense of social freedom and freedom in life that can be gained by practicing tension exercises and pushing tension with people as you learn to truly be comfortable being uncomfortable – being calm and present in the tension, or under the stress of both daily and irregular bits of tension between people.

Get out there and practice. That’s a key that so many men miss. They can logically talk about this kind of stuff all day long, but they haven’t actually implemented and practiced much. And I’m not going to lie to you, doing it all on your own is hard, especially at the beginning. If you actually get consistent with it, you will grow. But as with any skill, it really helps to have a coach or mentor and peers to practice with. Especially when it comes to building confidence with women, a lot of men just never really even begin practicing if they’re doing it all on their own.
